Cat Conner

Cat Conner was born and grew up in the U.S.A. She attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas graduating in 2009, with a BFA (Hons) in Visual Arts majoring in ceramics. Now relocated in Perth, she lives and works in Cannington.
Cat began working with clay in 2004, and currently produces wheel-thrown porcelain ware. Her intricate surface decorations paint rich textures and colours on the smooth blank canvas of her elegant white forms.
Utilitarian in function, her works are made to be handled and bring beauty to the everyday.
