Pondering the nature of my life, I have come to realize that my view, my vista, my vision of the world has been transformed. So, my work isn’t about lofty, worldly or ambitious vistas and visions, it is about me, my transformation and my hopes for the future.
Primitive Firing
I employ a variety of firing techniques, from oxides on green ware to Raku to pit and saggar and smoke firing. The thrill of the unpredictable, the excitement of heat and flame, each firing is an experiment, an adventure, a joy.
